Hier befinden sich die wichtigsten Geb\u00e4ude des Dorfes. Die Kirchen, die Einkaufzone, die Brauerei und das Kunsthaus des bHK. Sie ist Symbol f\u00fcr die Partnerschaft der europ\u00e4ischen D\u00f6rfer Kozmin (Polen) und Bellheim (Deutschland). STARS nimmt als Grundlage die Sterne aus der Flagge der europ\u00e4ischen Union. Ein Stern f\u00fcr Kozmin, ein Stern f\u00fcr Bellheim. Die beiden Sterne ber\u00fchren sich, sie \u00fcberschneiden sich, sie verschmelzen miteinander.
