Der Stadtturm steht als Zeichen f\u00fcr die Ver\u00e4nderung der Stadt. T\u00fcrme sind markante Zeichen im Stadtraum. Als gebaute Visionen sind sie beliebtes Diskussionsthema und ver\u00e4ndern das Erscheinungsbild der St\u00e4dte. An verschiedenen Orten in Neustadt wird der Stadtturm zu sehen sein. Der Stadtturm ist eine zeltartige Eisenrohrkonstruktion. Der Pneu besteht aus leichtem Material, einem aufblasbarem Gewebe.
